Although we don’t have a simple answer, we hope to clear things up.

In today’s article, we’re bringing you a list of the 40 best female singers of all time.

All of these artists made a big impact on the music industry and culture in one way or another.

1. Aretha Franklin

Aretha Franklin is widely regarded as the greatest female singer of all time.

Known as the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin was a true creative force, especially in the 1970s.

Many of her songs are considered classics, including “Respect”, “Chain of Fools”, and “Natural Woman.”

Aretha won 18 Grammy Awards, and she was also the first woman to be listed in the Rock and roll Hall of Fame in 1987.

And she is also noted for her activism for civil and women’s rights.
